BASS:  The bass fishing is about as good as it gets. The top water action is great on Lunker Lures and Frogs , there have been a lot of good fish caught on the ledges with big spinner baits and DD22’s. They are still catching schooling fish on the south end of the lake.

CRAPPIE: The crappie are being caught trolling in 15-20 ft of water. Last week end the Georgia Slab Masters had a two day tournment on the lake , and I think they were all suprised at how many fish they were catching in JUNE.

Billy Williams  (1st place)

Tommy and Cristy Sellers (2 sd place)

Jared Leverette and Marsha Hornsby ( 3rd Place)

David Deakman (big fish)

BREAM & SHELL CRACKERS: The bream have turned back on in the last two or three days.Yesterday and this morning we have seen several large catches of BIG bream. Most have been caught on big reds or green worms. Rocky Comfort , Little River & MewsCreek have been the best for big bream.

CATFISH: the catfish have slowed down in the past week.
