Fishing Report - June 28, 2012

Crappie - Some crappie are still being caught trolling in 10 - 12 feet of water in the mouths of the creeks…early morning bite has been reported as the best time…12 nice crappie caught today between 6:30 and 8:00AM.  Jig colors bubble gum and acid rain.  Jig heads pink and black.

Bream/Shellcrackers - Many good reports on bream being caught in the creeks.  Red and Green worms have been the best bait and some with crickets.

Bass - Good reports of bass still being caught of the ledges with trick worms.

Catfish - Lots of catfish still being caught all over the lake with worms and stink bait.

Lake water level is normal and in good shape…storm did not effect lake…fishing is great and the full moon is July 3rd…make your plans to come fishing.
